What this degree describes
People who have taken something they weren't owed are lying low, waiting for attention to move elsewhere before they surface again. This degree is uncomfortable on purpose: not every actor in a Libra chart is virtuous, and this one names the shadow side of the sign's diplomacy directly, the version of cleverness that avoids reckoning rather than seeking it. Hiding is itself a strategy, and the degree asks what it actually costs to live inside one.
