What this degree describes
The voice here is not entirely the speaker's own; something larger has taken hold and is using the prophet as its instrument, the veil marking the difference between the ordinary person and the office they are, in this moment, channeling. Capricorn understands authority as something that can be inhabited as well as personal, a role stepped into that is bigger than the individual wearing it. There is real submission in the image alongside the power: to speak with this kind of force, the prophet has had to get out of the way of the message.
